kismet-sims: LOT

I always thought some of my sims homes were tiny and I underestimated how small the tiny houses in the sims are. It's such a cute idea and it will work out well for starter homes and sims not interested in apartment living or a roommate. Anyways this house is playtested with one sim and everything worked great!In the picture above the lot is placed in Oasis Springs on the lot pebble burrow. Enjoy friends!

Inside you'll find a cafeteria, gym, and two studio spaces. Currently one of the studios is set up as a streaming room but the other is left empty for whatever your sim needs it for! I've got at leave one more university build coming up soon!

Thank you so much to EA game changers for giving me early access so I could whip this little bar into shape so soon!! All i did was decorate the shell a bit more thoroughly with content from all the packs. When you're looking for this in the gallery for some reason it does say custom content is included but I assure you that it is not. Make sure you have moveobjects on also or else things might get a little ugly. Thanks a bunch and see you soon!

Since I remodeled the Stargazer Lounge and Casbah Gallery I decided I may as well commit and do all of the lots in San Myshuno. So here is a completely renovated "Planet Honey Pop" in the Fashion district with a new dramatic name Fleur Underground, it can either be a retail store or a nightclub! The shell is pretty much exactly the same so it wont look out of place in your game. The last lot I have to do is the spice market so let me know if you have any suggestions! No cc used but you need bb.moveobjects on when you place the lot! Thanks to @bratsims for getting drunk and working on this with me! If you don’t mind tag me if you use this so I can see your cute sims doing stuff!

Hello everyone! I was too excited to wait and share this lot once I hit 200 followers so here it is! I’ve never shared a lot before but as much as I love city living, I hated the pre made bars. They didn’t feel real or like a place anyone would actually want to go. I tested it with my and everything seemed ok, but please let me know if you find any issues. I used Dine out, Get together, Perfect Patio and City living. I also have Get to work and Outdoor retreat but I don’t think I used either of those. There is only one piece of custom content and it's the string lights around the outside of the lot. But you can live without them if you don’t want to download them. If you use the lot please tag me. If you use this as a base for anything, please credit me! Thank you so much!
